LightHouse Empowerment Foundation is a compassionate, community-driven nonprofit organization based in Toronto, Canada. Purpose

The purpose of LightHouse Empowerment Foundation is to reduce the physical, emotional, and social harms associated with substance use and mental health challenges. We exist to empower individuals and communities through evidence-based harm reduction services, outreach programs, education, and advocacy — fostering inclusion, recovery, and long-term well-being.
